Refund & Return Policy – Rock Alma

At Rock Alma, every piece of jewelry is handcrafted with natural stones and great attention to detail.
This policy explains your rights and how returns and refunds are handled.
1. 14-Day Right of Return (EU Law)
You may return non-personalized items within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must
be unused, unworn, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
2. Items Not Eligible for Return
No returns on:
• Personalized items
• Made-to-order items
• Earrings (hygiene) unless defective
• Items altered on request
• Used or worn items
3. Damaged, Incorrect, or Faulty Items
Report within 48 hours of delivery. Email info@rockalma.com with order number, description, and
photos. You may choose a replacement (if available) or a full refund including shipping.
4. How to Start a Return
Email info@rockalma.com with your name, order number, product name, and reason. Returns must
be trackable. Lost untracked returns cannot be refunded.
5. Return Shipping Costs
• Rock Alma pays return shipping for defective/incorrect items.
• Customer pays return shipping for all other reasons.
Original shipping costs are not refunded unless the item was faulty.
6. Refund Process
Refunds are issued after receiving and inspecting the item. Refunds go to the original payment
method. Processing time: 3–7 days after arrival.
7. Parcels Returned Due to Wrong Address or Non-Collection
If returned due to incorrect address, non-collection, or repeated failed delivery, reshipping costs
must be paid by the customer.
8. Exceptions
Many pieces are unique; replacements may not always be available. Damage caused after delivery
is not considered a defect.
